Terms and Conditions

By using the Pure Forme Pilates website, booking classes, or purchasing services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

All classes, memberships, and packages are subject to availability and may change at any time. Clients are responsible for booking classes through our scheduling system and arriving on time. For safety and to avoid disrupting class, late arrivals may not be permitted to join once class has started, and spots may be released to waitlisted clients.

Cancellations: Class cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to the class start time to avoid fees or loss of class credit. Late cancellations and no-shows may result in a charge and/or forfeiture of the class. Membership cancellations require at least 7 days written notice before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.

All purchases are final unless otherwise required by law. Memberships, packages, and class credits are non-refundable and may not be transferable unless specifically stated. Class packages and credits may have expiration terms displayed at checkout and Pure Forme Pilates is not responsible for unused credits.

Participation in Pilates and fitness activities involves inherent risk. By attending classes or using services, you acknowledge and agree that you are voluntarily participating at your own risk, you are responsible for consulting a physician before beginning any fitness program, and you assume full responsibility for any injury or loss. Pure Forme Pilates, its owners, employees, and instructors are not liable for any injury, accident, or loss/damage of personal property.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, branding, and materials, is owned by Pure Forme Pilates and may not be copied or used without written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia.
