Class Descriptions

Essential Forme: A beginner-friendly reformer class focused on fundamentals, alignment, and confidence. Perfect for first-timers or anyone wanting to revisit the basics-take this class as many times as you like!

Jump & Sculpt: A high-energy reformer class using the jump board to combine cardio bursts with strength and sculpting. Expect an elevated heart rate, full-body burn, and a fun flow.

Full Forme: A full-body reformer flow designed to build strength, improve mobility, and leave you feeling balanced and energized.

Lower Lift: A lower body focused reformer class targeting glutes, hamstrings, quads, and calves to build strength and tone.

Lunch Crunch: A 30-minute, core-focused reformer class designed to fit seamlessly into your lunch break.

Pulse & Power: A mat-based class designed to elevate your heart rate while toning your muscles through controlled, high rep pulsing movements. Expect a strong, steady burn with minimal equipment.

Prenatal Align: A gentle, prenatal-safe reformer class focused on posture, alignment, and strength to support your changing body through every trimester.

Lifted Lines: An upper-body focused reformer class targeting arms, shoulders, and back to build strength, improve posture, and create long, lifted lines.

Held & Healing: A supportive postpartum reformer class focused on gentle strength, core stability, mobility, and healing as you return to movement after birth. Recommended beginning 6-8 weeks postpartum or with doctor clearance.

Glow & Flow: A candle-lit reformer flow set in a low-light, calming environment designed to help you unwind, release, tension, and move through gentle, continuous movement as you ease into the weekend.

Build & Balance: A mat-based class that incorporates controlled and intentional movements focusing on building our core to improve overall balance & strength using light weights and resistance bands to provide a consistent full-body burn.

Warm Vinyasa: This practice starts sloe and intentional, easing into balance work and a flowing sequence that links breath and movement while cultivating strength and warmth. This class will take place in a heated room.

Yoga Sculpt: A dynamic, full-body class that blends flowing yoga sequences with strength training and intentional stretching. This class focuses on building heat while sculpting and toning muscles -especially the core- while using body weight and light resistance.
